This is a Lovely Vintage Set of Silver or Silver Plated Hair Brush & Matching Hand Mirror.
It has engraved / embossed in the metal - "International Silver Company".
It has a Beautiful Design.

It would be lovely for display on your Vanity.

The brush measures  8" long x 3-3/4" wide x 1-1/2" deep.  
The hand mirror measures 9-1/2" long x 4-1/4" wide x 3/4" deep.

They are heavy weighing  1 lb 7 oz. without any packaging.
It is in Great Vintage Condition showing light signs of age.
I have not tried to clean the silver in any way....some prefer the older look.
The bristles on the brush look great and the mirror is nice & clear.
