Domestic: All items are sent via express post - this ensures that you receive your item in the shortest possible time, as well as providing Australia Post tracking of the item. If you prefer items can be sent via registered post, but please bear in mind that postage costs will be higher. Items under 500g can be sent using an express post satchel for $8.00. Multiple items can be sent in the one satchel provided weight remains under 500g - if over then postage costs will increase to $11.30 for the Australia Post 3kg satchel. The 3kg satchels fit several items easily. Items exceeding the 3kg restriction, or which cannot fit into a satchel will be sent via standard Australia Post service. Items will be sent within 1 business day of receiving your payment - where possible on the same day. Provided you live within Australia Posts designated Express Post zones, you will receive your item the following day. I will email you confirmation of having received your payment, as well as the Express Post confirmation code number.

Overseas: International shipping from Australia is calculated on weight, and unfortunately can be very expensive. I therefore recommend that you contact me prior to purchase so I can advise you of shipping charges.

All items are individually hand-crafted and as such may contain slight imperfections - no two items will be absolutely identical in every way. I photograph professionally, and in natural light, and pictures are not enhanced or altered in any way. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please email me. I will refund purchase cost of items returned to me within 14 days. However, I will not refund postage costs. Items not paid for within 14 days will be relisted, and non-paying bidder report lodged with eBay.
