Cosmetics are EXC , it does have an issue where the spool doesnt oscilliate, so something is need of a fix. reel is sold as is for display or for repair if you think u can fix it, either way no returns on any items i sell in as is condition.
visually appealing reel makes for a great display simlar to Gar wood's fin nor reels which he may hacve drew inspiration from this italian made reel
