This canvas has two oval shaped designs marked out on it each of which features a floral motif with a ribbon. The motifs have been almost completed in dark pink and cerise threads, embroidered to an excellent standard. The motifs are of 19th century style but the canvas may be later. Bought in a Paris flea market. This would be lovely project for someone to complete, perhaps in a cream background. Length: 51 cm, width: 18 cm.
