If your item is damaged in transit please send photographic evidence and description of damage to me and store your item while I proceed with a claim against carrier assuming insurance has been taken If you are unhappy for any other reason I will accept the item back as long as in same condition as when sent to you but will need to deduct 15% restocking fee or £5 from the balance also all shipping costs will be deducted too Refunds will be sent in same way as item paid for be it Paypal Cheque (Postal Orders will be refunded by cheque) |
