Vintage Commemorative GEORGE V Silver Jubilee Beaker


Stunning commemorative Beaker celebrating George V Silver Jubilee om May 6th 1935. The front features a transfer printed image of the King & Queen Mary within a shield & the reverse states "Silver Jubilee" Northumberland County Education Commitee. Although the beaker has no makers mark I believe this would have been made by Maling Pottery  in Newcastle.  

The impressive beaker measures approx:  4.5" (11.5cm) tall.. has a impressed # 2085 on the base.

The beaker has no cracks/chips or restoration. Has overall fine crazing which is commensurate with age. Some of the silver gilding on the border rim has rubbed.
