Refunds accepted if goods not as described, any item must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the same condition, for a refund of the final bid price. Sorry, but I do not refund the p&p costs, buyer to pay for return shipping and handling cost.
I always obtain proof of posting and pack items to a high standard, but cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit or lost in post.
Refunds for ‘Lost in Post’ items will only be credited after the insurance claim has been met by Royal Mail or other shipping agent. |
