Vintage Cedar Wooden Box - Raised Cameo Style Icon On Cover. This is a souvenir Box for Trinkets or Jewelry, marked on the cover "Shenandoah Valley, New Market, Va." This nicely scented cedar box is hinged. This vintage wood box is in good condition with little wear for an older piece with the exception of 1 chip in the wood on the back top side (upper right corner in photo). I can provide a close up of this upon request. It hinges open, very clean inside. This vintage wooden box measures approximately 6-1/2" wide x 5" front to back on the cover and is 3" tall. This appears to be hand crafted. This is a beautiful vintage wooden box and a wonderful collectible as well as a Shenandoah Valley, New Market, Va!
