This is a vintage ice cream scooper from BASKIN 31 ROBBINS. Marked on top of the handle. I believe it is made out of aluminum and is in nice no damage condition. On the other side of the handle it is marked: Pat No 4.721.449 NSF C2 BUILDIT ENGINEERING CO #A25 BURBANK CALIFORNIA USA. I looked this company up in Google and they manufacture small restaurant food ware and equipment. Length is almost 7 3/4". Great rare collectible or fun item for the kids to scoop their ice cream.
