This reel is in fantastic condition and will compliment any collection and or provide excellent service if used in anger!
The Allcock company call this the Aerialite model which I suspect is a play on words because it is made from Bakelite and for its time was probably lighter in weight than many of its contemparies.
The reel is 3¾ inches in diameter and 1½ inches in width (not including the handles. It could be used for just about any form of fishing if desired. The drag mechanism is working perfectly as is everything else on this reel.
