Please note that we only accept payments via PayPal and would appreciate successful bidders settling within 3 working days.  

Sorry, no "Buy It Now" and we will not answer questions regarding this.

Neither can we sell items outside of eBay.

Shipping:

We are willing to combine postages on multiple purchases but please ask for an invoice before you pay – discounts cannot be guaranteed otherwise!

Shipping priority will be given to buyers who pay within three days. Our principle posting days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – we do not post on Fridays at all – therefore items that are paid for after Wednesday may not be posted until the following Monday. Please note that we don’t routinely email to let buyers know that items have been dispatched but that we post as quickly as we can.

Postage prices quoted are for regular second class services in order to keep down costs. We cannot be held responsible for any item after it has left the premises unless the buyer requests insurance – we highly recommend that you do so, particularly for overseas or expensive items. Please let us know if you require cover as this will cost extra (it is also necessary in order to be able to claim compensation via Paypal). We keep postal receipts and buyers details on record for one month. If you anticipate a problem or think that a package may have gone missing please let us know within that time. We will always do all we can to help you trace the item but once it is placed in the hands of the Royal Mail we have no further control over what happens to it!

As we are a mail order business it is generally not possible to arrange pick up of items – delivery can possibly be arranged within the South Wales area (please contact us to discuss).

Large items can sometimes be sent overseas via courier (again, please contact us to arrange).

Postage fees include packaging and handling costs.

Feedback:

We always give positive feedback for prompt payment and if you are happy with your purchase we would appreciate the same (we like to know that an item has arrived safely!). If not please let us know so that we can resolve any problems. Please don’t leave neutral or negative feedback without getting in touch!

Returns:

We will contemplate returns within 14 days in exceptional circumstances but cannot refund return postage.

We will endeavour to respond to any communications within 24 hours – please try not to leave it until the last minute! We are generally unavailable on Saturdays.
