Before bidding please take a second to read our guidelines to having a good ebay experience with Vintage Urban Village.

1 - Due to the Second hand Nature of the Goods we sell, All Items Sold as described in the auction page.

2 - Like a Most Vintage items they have been worn or used and will Show Signs of that. We Describe to the Best of our Ability and any damage or points we think need showing will be in our description. 

3 - Feedback. If you have any negative feedback once you have received your item or any other time please   contact us before leaving it and we will endeavour to sort out your complaint prior to leaving feedback. 

4 - If a Refund Occurs we will only Refund the Cost of the Item Excluding Postage Costs.

5 - Postage Times: We always send out with in 5 working days.

6 - Payment. All Payment in Pounds Sterling.  Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction ending, we reserve the right to issue a NPB alert via eBay's procedures.
