U.K. Buyers: I normally post out 1st Class or Standard Parcel.

International Buyers: I will normally post out by Royal Air Mail (or Surface Mail if item is large/heavy.)

I will always retain proof of posting.

Although I recommend items to be insured PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CERAMIC/GLASS ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED FOR DAMAGE.

I only offer a refund on insured items, and only then, once the claim has been fully completed. I apologise most profusely for this but due a recent incident, I feel obliged to enforce this disclaimer.
