Vintage suitcase style, this purse features a beautiful vintage Victorian travel theme / postcards design fabric framed by black leatherette (the front and back fabric panels are actually slightly padded). It is very well made, with all the details of an old-fashion suitcase, including gold tone metal hardware. The interior is black felt with change pocket. The mini suitcase measures 11.25" x 7.25" x 4.5" deep. Dual style, the bag has a suitcase style handle as well as a long removable shoulder strap (approx. 60" long). The felt interior may need a better brushing/cleaning, otherwise this cool bag is in excellent vintage condition.

- How does the Open Cart work?
- Buyers must Email us requesting an Open Cart after the first item won or purchased. By doing so the BUYER agrees and acknowledges that the any items purchased and paid for during the duration of the the Open Cart will NOT be shipped until the Open Cart is closed either by the Buyer's written/Emailed request, or at the end of the 30-day Open Cart period, whichever comes first. A Buyer can request via Email to close an Open Cart at any time!
- 1st item won or purchased MUST be paid in FULL, including S/H charges, within the required 3-day from close of listing period.
- After the 1st item, the buyer has 30 days in which to purchase additional (eligible) items for which a 60% S/H discount will be applied. THE PAYMENT FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM IS STILL DUE AND REQUIRED WITHIN 3-DAYS OF CLOSE OF LISTING! For each additional purchase, the buyer has 2 options:
- The Buyer can Email us before making payment specifying they are using the Open Cart option, and we will apply the appropriate credit to the Ebay order and/or send a revised invoice (preferred method!).
- The buyer can make a full payment for the total as shown on Ebay, and an appropriate Paypal refund will be issued within 24-hours of payment.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: if the 1st Item's S/H charges are LOWER than any of the S/H charges for ANY of the additional items in the Open Cart, an adjustment will be made and the credit and/or refund issued will reflect the discount applied to the lower S/H (same policy as applied by Ebay's Combined Shipping) Example: the Buyer's first item has a S/H charge of $2.50, but the 2nd item has a S/H of $9.95 -- the buyer will not receive an adjustment or refund for 60 % of the $9.95 s/h charge but will receive an adjustment or refund for 60% of the original $2.50 s/h charge already paid for the 1st item. This rule will apply to any of the additional (eligible) items purchased during the Open Cart (if the highest s/h charge is the 3rd item, the adjustment will reflect the 60% discount applied to the prior 2 s/h charges).

- For any FREE SHIPPING ITEM a Buyer selects to make it part of the Open Cart, we will issue a refund of up to $5.00 for US Buyers, or an additional credit adjustment of up to $10 for International Buyers (refund and/or credit will be dependent on the item type and destination). Buyer will have the option to email us inquiring of the discount offered for any Free Shipping items if kept in the Open Cart, or request by Email to have the item shipped (therefore NOT included in the Open Cart).

- If at the end of the requested Open Cart period, the items total (NOT including S/H) is $150 or more, the Above $150 PURCHASE S/H PROMOTION will be in effect as specified below:
- US BUYERS will receive a Paypal refund for all S/H charges paid for ALL QUALIFYING items purchased for the duration of the Open Cart

- International Buyers will receive a Paypal refund equivalent to (an additional) 25% of the total (already discounted) S/H charges paid for all QUALIFYING items purchased for the duration of the Open Cart.
- All Open Cart items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from close of Open Cart.

- Domestic Shipping
- Depending on the destination, "Standard Flat Rate" refers to the best method which could be either USPS 1st Class, USPS Parcel, USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or FEDEX Ground (mostly used for non-residential shipping addresses). Whenever possible, for heavier items, please provide a business / non-residential shipping address which would allow us to potentially utilize Fedex Ground services. "Standard Flat Rate" will be selected at our own discretion and can vary from item to item, and no special request can be made unless specifically agreed upon in advance by us (the Seller). If a specific method of shipping is desired, please email us PRIOR to purchase to confirm S/H charges and/or request quote.
- Domestic shipping includes USPS Delivery Confirmation # (where available), or Fedex Tracking #.
- International Shipping
- To keep the cost down, we offer USPS 1st Class Mail for items up to 4 lbs.
- Insurance is included for most of our International shipments (however insurance is not available for every country)
- USPS International Shipping (1st Class OR Priority Mail) does NOT offer tracking - it however provides a Customs Declaration Number which we email as proof of shipment. This Customs Declaration Number may be trackable by the Buyer through their local Customs Office. To upgrade to a trackable method of shipment such as International USPS or Fedex, please contact us for a quote.
- Shipping Disclaimer
- To keep the cost down, we are offering whenever possible USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail - as discussed above, neither can be tracked from our end. As specified above, Insurance is included with most of our International shipping (where available) but please note that in most cases insurance claims for International packages can take up to 120 days and must be processed by the Sender / Seller.
- 3-days Return Policy is offered on most items (unless otherwise specified in the listing)
- When applicable, returns are accepted within 3-days from receipt of item with RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Please email us for RETURN AUTHORIZATION # and return shipping instructions. Please include the reason for the return.
- Items must be returned in original condition, with all included materials, and shipped at Buyer's expense to include Delivery Confirmation (USA) or Tracking # (ie UPS or Fedex).
- PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT TO US! We can only give a refund for the items that reach us and they are in acceptable returned condition!
- S/H charges are Non-Refundable.
- For any items that offer Free or Discounted s/h charges, for any Open Cart Discounted s/h charges, or for the "Above $150 Purchase" free or ANY discounted S/H promotion, there will be a regular shipping fee deducted from any refund due for any of the items. If more than 1 item from an Open Cart, from a regular Combined Shipping purchase, or from an "Above $150 Purchase" promotion will be returned, the highest S/H charge will be deducted FIRST, after which the appropriately discounted S/H will be deducted.
- Any other returns terms and conditions that may vary, will be specified in the body of the listing for which such variation(s) may apply.
