Outside Outside to the front of the villa is a patio area with wooden table and chairs. Secured off road parking with variouse plants and shrubs. Balcony accessible from both bedrooms. Large 3rd floor sun terrace, with views of the communal pool and ocean, gas barbecue, traditional spanish mosaic table and benches and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach The villa is only a 10 minute walk to one of the many blue flag sandy beaches with spectacular views of the coastline with nice coastal walks. Water sports availabe in high season at most beaches.

Benidorm - here you will find the Terra Mitica theme park, Mundomar marine and exotic animal park and Aqualandia water park. Not forgetting both the old and new towns with excellent beaches.
