Returns Policy

It is advisable that you check the items as soon as you receive the delivery. We must be notified within 3 days of delivery by telephone or email, or 7 days in writing, if you receive your items with pieces or parts missing, or if there are faults.

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, you have 14 days to return them. To collect your items however, we operate a cancellation fee, which is 25% of the value of the items being returned. We will then issue you with a refund or store credit, as appropriate.

It is important to note that when you sign for the item(s), you put unchecked on the drivers delivery sheet, and if there is any obvious damage to the packaging you make a note of this also. The courier company will not honour any insurance claims for goods damaged in transit unless unchecked or damaged is written on the delivery sheet. Delivery rates are for UK mainland. We do ship to Ireland, Off shore & Channel islands; we can quote you for these locations.

Please check the item in front of the driver again before accepting the delivery, if the goods are damaged sign the document as damaged.
If the driver refuses to wait while you check the item please mark the document as driver did not wait while we checked the item. This will enable you to claim for the damages.
No damage claim will be accepted unless the document is signed as above highlighted note on POD.
If on delivery your item is damaged we need to be notified via email within 24 hours of the delivery.
The item with original packaging needs to be retained so a claim can be made for the damages.
We will enquire with the carriers that the item was signed as damaged on delivery, then we will arrange the collection and replacement will be sent.

Return policy

Once you receive your goods you have 7 days to decide whether you wish to keep them or return them. If so, then you can either arrange to return the goods yourself or you can ask us to collect them from you. If you choose the latter then you will be charged for cost of collection. Please note all items must be returned in their original packaging. Items which are not returned in their original packaging, or have been assembled will not be collected and a charge of £25.00 may be levied to cover for costs of failed collection. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods have been damaged by our courier.

Upon receiving your items you must open the packaging immediately and check that all contents of your order have arrived safely and are in good condition. Once you have open your packaging and you discover faulty goods or missing parts you must notify us within 3 Working Days via email only. Our email is info@furnitureinfashion.net. Unless this is done within this specified time we do not hold responsibility for damage or loss of contents in your delivery.
