A victorian Brass/Nickel coated paperweight (at a guess ) or just a souvenir from HMS Birmingham this is not a modern repro at least 100years old there is not a lot to say about it as you can see the detail from the photos and the size from the hand.great detail and quality Good Luck and thanks
