Payment: Payment must be made with in 5 days of the end of auction (unless by prior arrangement)

UK Bidders: My preferred payment method is personal cheque drawn on a UK bank account, then postal order or bankers draft. I do accept Pay Pal though but please try to avoid it if you can, as the charges to me are so high.

Overseas Bidders: All payments MUST be by Pay Pal, no exceptions!

Post & Packing fees: I always pack items securely and safely in accordance with the Royal Mail guidelines. Packaging materials cost money and therefore my postal fees include a contribution towards these materials. There are no hidden extras, the price quoted is all you pay. I quote UK postal costs. If you are bidding from overseas, please ask for a quote before bidding so as to avoid any nasty surprises. Please remember that any item in excess of 2Kg or over 600mm in size when packed will be very expensive to post anywhere other than within the UK. I do give item sizes and weights for heavy items in my descriptions.

Postage times: I post items as soon as practicable once payment has been received, normally within 1 or 2 days. If you paid by cheque then your item will be posted once your cheque has cleared the bank. Please remember that this takes 5 or more working days. Where possible I use first class post.

Insurance etc: I always take great care in packing & wrapping items. I always obtain a certificate of posting or receipt from the post office. I cannot, and will not be held responsible for items once they have left my hands at the Post Office counter. In the unlikely event of items getting damaged or lost in transit I will assist in Royal Mail claims by posting you a buyer's receipt & postal receipt and give all the necessary information needed so that YOU can make a claim from Royal Mail. Please be aware that I do not make the claim on your behalf! Items of value in excess of £34.00 should be separately insured at your expense. If you wish me to insure your item in transit, please email me at the end of the auction so that I can get a quote from the Post Office and invoice you accordingly.

Other Issues: In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback so that we can work together to resolve the matter amicably. There is always a happy solution, however, it can not be found without talking.

Refunds: I only give refunds for items if they are grossly ‘not as described’. I also only refund the cost of the item I do not refund any postal charges.
