Victorian Elm Slat Back Kitchen Armchair
This charming armchair is a very good quality piece of furniture, and it's a splendid example of Victorian workmanship.
It's framework is made from solid elm, and the nicely presented tall slat back has been superbly constructed, while the substantial seats has a wonderful pattern of grain.
The underside of the seat is inset beneath with a quartet of superbly turned splayed legs, while an equally impressive H pattern stretcher formation further enhances the charm and appeal of this armchair.
The condition is excellent as this piece has recently been restored and re-polished, and a replacement left hand arm and column have been professionally made.
The height measures 43 3/4 inches.
The width measures 23 3/4 inches.
The depth measures 24 inches.
The height to the seat measures 17 1/2 inches.
The height to the arms measures 26 1/2 inches.
The width between the arms measures 19 inches.

This item cannot be posted as it is too large and fragile. We carry out all deliveries in person, and each item of furniture is fully insured from the time of it's purchase to the time of it's delivery.
We deliver to most parts of mainland UK, but we advise that you request a quote for delivery before placing a bid or making a purchase so you are fully aware of the cost. We will combine multiple purchases to reduce delivery costs, and small items will go free with larger items.
We do not allow cash on delivery sorry.
Customers are welcome to collect, but by appointment only as we run an unmanned warehouse.
