We hope you are pleased with the item you have bought but if you need to return it please consider the following:
Books should be returned in the original protective wrapping or equivalent if this is not possible, but at least the book wrapped in bubblewrap and dispatched in a Jiffy envelope or similar. Proof of posting should be obtained at your post office.
Breakable or easily damaged items should be securely wrapped to avoid damage. We make sure that the item you have bought reaches you safely. If there is a need to return it please do the same as it may be wanted by someone else.
We are happy make refunds if you are unhappy because the item fails to meet its description. In this case we will refund the cost of the item plus postal costs. We will refund the cost of an item but without postal costs if the item has been bought 'by mistake' or any other reason not connected to its being damaged or not matching its description. |
