Description
A wonderfully coloured and figured walnut Davenport desk, retaining its original leather on the slope together with its untouched French Polished finish. Incorporated into the top are two recesses for the pounce jar and inkwell also featuring a concave recess for an ink pen. The leather lined fall opens to reveal a simple decorative maple fitted interior with two small drawers. Fitted with four drawers and decorative mahogany scrolling supports on ceramic castors. Dimensions : Height 30.75 x Width 21 x Depth 20.5 Inches

Condition Report
We have done nothing to this item apart from apply a small amount of wax polish. This item is antique and character marks can be seen due to the age. Items are purchased as seen on the photographs. Whilst we make every endeavour to point out if there is any major damage, woodworm, restoration work, we cannot point out every ding, dent or mark.

Delivery - United Kingdom Deliveries: Exeter/Plymouth area 80 delivered by ourselves. Outside this area - 80 U.K. mainland only. . For Highlands, Islands and other hard to reach areas there may be an additional cost. Please contact us prior to bidding if you think this may apply to you. We use professional furniture carriers - Larger pieces of furniture will be delivered by two men and where possible, positioned in your home where you require.

Packing and Insurance - Your item will be packaged to protect it in transit. For your further piece of mind all deliveries are fully insured in transit and during delivery.
