Period Art Nouveau Brass Letter Box/Plate, and Combined Door Knocker.

 
 
 
Dating from Late Victorian or Early Edwardian periods,
this is a very nice letter box and combined
door knocker.
 
Overall dimensions are :
10 1/4 inches (26 cm) x 5 inches (12.5 cm).
Letter flap is 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) x 1 1/4 inches (3.3 cm).
 
The bolt holes are 6 1/2 inches (16.2 cm) apart.
 
There is no provision for a return spring,
it is worked by gravity return.
 
The letter box and knocker is very good
condition, but will require two bolts
and nuts.
