This is a Vintage Antique Vibroplex ORIGINAL Bug.
At least I THINK that is what it is.
It is very unusual in that the corners of the base are rounded rather than squared off like every other Vibroplex I have seen.
In addition, the bearing pivot has a tapered shape on the top that is different from any other Vibroplex I have ever seen. Maybe it's a Vibroplex clone?
In any case, it is pretty unusual.
The screws and nuts, as you can see, are discolored from age.
Operates as it should, smoothly.
Comes with the carrying case! These are hard to find.
This is in fair to good condition for its age.
No missing parts.
The chrome is fair to good condition.
The paddles look to be replacements - they do not look like originals. Very well made paddles though.
Keys smoothly, as it should.
Comes with the cable with the contact wedge.
