If for some reason you are unhappy or simply change your mind about your purchase from Sandy Scooters you can return the items in question for a refund or replacement.

Returns are accepted on all new items for a 100% money back guarantee subject to the following conditions.

1. We will refund you 100% of the cost of the item and the cost of our delivery.
2. You must inform us of your intention to return the item within 7 working days of reciept.
3. We cannot refund you the cost of your postage to return the item.
4. We do NOT charge restocking fees.
5. To qualify for the 100% refund you must return the item in a resaleable condition, ie unused, not fitted and with all original materials.
6. If you are returning your item due to damage in transit please contact us immediately on mail@sandyscooters.com and do not throw away any of the packaging it came in. This is important to claim from couriers / Royal Mail. 
7. Damaged items must be returned to us with all the original packaging and materials for us to assess in the first instance.

All items must have cleared payment before despatch.

Please pay via paypal (quickest) or alternatively by cheque (items despatched once cleared) or postal order. If you are not paying by paypal please let me know that you are sending your payment by another means within 24 hours of the auction end.
