To my great regret I must sell my beloved 1974 Rickenbacker 4000 bass.

I have owned and played this wonderful bass for 19 years and it is in beautiful condition, with only the minimum of cosmetic scuffs for a 35 year old!
The bass has no structural damage and no cracks.
The damper inside the tailpiece has degraded somewhat over the years, but I have never used this anyway, nor have I ever met a Ric player who does.
Unfortunately the brushed silver plate on the top of one of the knobs is missing, but replacements are available.
Please see the pictures.

I am selling the bass in its 5-Star Case.

There is NO RESERVE, I am starting bidding at the lowest price I can take.
