Very high quality Prym branded revolving hole punch.

Do not confuse with cheaper versions that wobble and go blunt quickly.

These are solidly constructed with plastic covered handles for comfort. The cutting surface is a circle of solid brass and the cutting tips are very sharp carbon steel.

These cut through fabrics and leather easily and repeatedly.
