Priting finished on 31st of July 1974 in Versailles-France. Its a softback, measuring 6.7"X8.6"=17cmX21.6cm, (as per photo).  62 pages, many pictures, mostly tells us about Monuments & Art.
Its in good condition, there is some foxing to the pages, nothing major; Cover and spine edges show a little wear. Other than that there is no rips, scribbling or missing pages.  A must in any collection.
