VERRERIE SCHNEIDER ART DECO CAMEO VASE large.

Charles Schneider is fast becoming recognized as one of the leading forces in art glass during the Art Deco movement. His contribution is an important one in influencing and initiating the art glass movement transition from Art Nouveau to Art Deco in France. Opened own studio in 1919 after period with Daum.

A really stunning large Vase in stylised decoration in amethyst coloured glass over mottled pink with acid etched design from the 'Le Verre Francais' line of designs. Very highly sought after!

Not a great photo - much nicer in the flesh!!

Signed 'Le Verre Francais'.

height: 32.5cms, width: 16cms, weight: 2100gms.

THIS ITEM IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION (has some very minor scuffing around the signature area).

POSTAGE: Postage has currently gone through the roof in terms of price with it being predominately based on 'Volume' as opposed to actual 'weight'.
