Dovercourt Photography only supply items obtain from the official UK supplier- 

we do not import Grey items. 
All new items are covered by the manufactures UK guarantee.

If you receive goods that have been damaged, faulty or are not as listed, 
contact us within 7 days to arrange return. 
Once we have received the goods, We will issue a full refund.

If you change your mind and the goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 days,

and the item is in the same condition as sold, then you are entitled to return the goods to us. 

Please note that the cost of returning the items safely is your responsibility. 
Once we have received the items, we will issue a refund excluding P&P costs within 7 days.

Delivery.

We offer various delivery options.

Next working day courier- if shown it is fully insured up to £500- 
This service is Monday- Friday and for Mainland UK only.

Royal Mail Special Delivery- is a next working day service for the whole of the UK, 
please note- the Post Office do not class a Saturday as a working day.

All other UK post, unless otherwise shown is sent via lst class- 
Important- we always obtain a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office for your purchase,
if the item is lost in post we will provide you with this receipt, 
but can not assist you further.
We recommend that you ask for an insured service.

International-

We only use the Royal Mail for International deliveries, we obtain proof of posting.
