We do allow up to 2 working days for dispatch of your item for UPS and Royal Mail collection delays and/or any postal strikes. If item is shipped via UPS you will receive a UPS tracking email when item is dispatched. Delivery insurance With all our listings we offer optional postal insurance. This is to cover items lost in transit and damage occurred during delivery. **important** If your item gets lost in transit by UPS or Royal Mail and you have not selected the optional insurance we cannot reimburse you for it. It is up to you to track and trace where the item is and claim for any losses from the courier company direct.
