How the item looks before we use (densely arranged)
How to Use :
Step 1: There's a transferrer in every pack, it has a sticky side and can be used repeatedly.
Step 2: Take off the transferrer and put it on the pattern we want to put on. Be careful when you make the transferrer and pattern stick together, don't leave any air bubbles between them. Then press hard on the top.
Step 3: After we make sure transferrer and pattern stick together, Pull up the transferrer, this time, the pattern is supposed to separate with the transferrer from its background paper. be careful, we can use knife or finger nail to help if necessary.
Step 4: Put the transferrer, which has the pattern on it, to the place we want the pattern to be. Again, Make sure there's no air bubble between the place we stick and the transferrer. Press hard on the top and then pull up the transferrer slowly , make sure the pattern leaves on the place, not coming with the transferrer. After finishing this step, We'll see pattern nicly lay on the place we want it to be, like below.
Packing: We'll roll up the item instead of folding up. water-proof standard packing.
Refund: We'll double check our every piece of item before we ship it out, so if it's not the prodcuts problem, we won't accept the complaint. Buyers can claim the damage (usually caused by shipment) 7days after signing the package. And we'll require buyer to offer reasonable proof. Shippment: We offer Standard international flat shipping to worldwide, the other name is HK post. It is a door to door delivery , but not express. Our item is ordered directly from factory and it need 7 days to produce and travel from factory to HK. And only when our parcel left HK Custom, the item is trackable on wesite. There're 2 issues we would like to inform customer in advance: 1. ETA (estimated time of arriving), parcels to UK, Canda, Australia is usually faster than the other countries, around 7 days after it left HK (from factoy to get delivered is around 15 days). to other countris like USA, European countries, etc , it takes around 15 days after it left HK (from factory to get delivered is around 20-25 days) 2. Trackable countries: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, New Zealand, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malta, UAE, Qatar. That's all the trackable countries. All the other countries are not trackable on website, the HK post website can only tell us when it left HK.
Combine shipping Policy: for all the items, We offer 10% off the shipping cost, if you buy 2 items, we offer 15% off the shipping cost, if you buy 3-4 items, we offer 20% off the shipping cost, if you buy5-6 items, we offer 25% off the shipping cost, if you buy 7-8 items, If you're interested to buy more than 8 pcs, pls contact buyer in advance. thank you If you bought from us before, when you come back to buy from us again, even you only buy one piece, we will offer 10% discount on the item shipping cost.
