We are currently remanufacturing customers own units with a 2 year warranty, this is a very common problem for the Astra/ Vectra/ Zafira 1.8 engine causing a misfire on one cylinder due to loss of pulsed earth to one of the coils - these units can cost over £600.00 from Vauxhall so you really are getting a very good bargain here. .

Your faulty unit will need to be posted in to us for remanufacture, postage normally costing around £8.50. The work will take between 2 - 4 days to complete, then your unit will be sent back by Special delivery ready to be fitted back on to the car, no programming work is needed by the dealer just plug in and go - very simple DIY fitting.
