Must have an explanation note with them - detailing the exact reason for the return - and MUST have been AGREED with us via email beforehand.
Any refund of costs (meaning cost of paid for item/s) are to be discussed & agreed via emailing us BEFORE returning any item/s.
Unless otherwise agreed via email - Postage Cost refunds will NOT apply.
We are fair & very reasonable people - we aim to please all parties concerned.
