Valab custom built stepped attenuator constituted by DACT like SMD surface mounting disk resistors.

Why we use such approach to implement stepped attenuator?

1) We choose SMD resistor to implement resistor network of stepped attenuator which was adapted from famous DACT attenuator.

2) This topology of resistor network give you shortest signal path, which is only 5% length compare to conventional resistor network.

3) Such design successfully miniaturize the size and reduce possible interference, keeping most detail of music signal than ever.

4) Vishay precision resistors were used in this attenuator, give you high precision and lowest noise which conventional attenuator fail to compete with.

5) No noise or 'bobbing' during volume switch which may be heard in other type stepped attenuator.
