The dharmachakra mudra is the gesture of teaching.  Literally dharma means law and
chakra means wheel and is usually interpreted as the wheel of law.  both hands are
depicted held against the chest, the left facing inward covering the right which faces out. 
The thumb and index finger of each hand makes a circle.
