This condensing boiler removed from my house as an extension and more rooms requires bigger boiler. This was running 8 radiators and a thermostatic shower with no problems at all.Fitted 3 years ago it has been regularly serviced and is in perfect working order. comes complete with remote temp sensor and control panel which you can mount downstairs and control all your boiler functions remotely. Condensing boilers are "A" rated for economy and perform far better than the standard combi boiler system. 

Boiler can be collected from Chesterfield or by arrangement from North East London Area.
No postage offered as item too large.
No warranty is offered or implied. This is a fully working second hand unit.
