Many of our products are manufactured for us, thereby giving us greater quality control.
All our products are checked, so we can guarantee that we are sending your order in excellent condition.
When we import direct and sell direct - there are no middlemen - just Manufacturer - Importer - Customer.

We know how important customer care and communication is, that is the reason we are happy to have our office, warehouse & mobile phone numbers
in our adverts. We believe that after product quality ,Customer care and satisfaction
are the most important factors in our business.
We believe and understand that we are only as good as our last shipment.

:: Our Guarantee, What Is It? ::
We hope that you will be delighted with the product you have purchased; however, in the highly unlikely event that your product
is damaged in anyway, we will be happy to exchange it provided that you notify us within 36 hours of the delivery time.
Therefore we urge you to check your product immediately upon receipt of the goods, as no returns will be offered after this period.
If you decide you don't like the product, you can return it within four days of delivery, with all the original packaging (at your own expense)
and we will refund your money in full upon inspection of the goods. They must be as new upon return, and available for resale.
Customer is responsible for the insurance of return goods.
Refund is in full less any incurred costs. e.g. Postage, Paypal or/and Ebay fees.

:: Shipping - How Long? :::
Our Radiators and Heaters are sent by Pallet Service (Either “TNT Next Day” or “Pallet Force Next Day”). We usually ship within 2 – 5 working days
after receipt of full payment from you. We will contact you with tracking codes when they leave our distribution centre.
Please note: Monday to Friday any order received by 1.00pm will be processed the same day.
Workings days are Monday to Friday, as our distribution warehouse does not ship Saturdays.
Any other product order will be shipped the same day as receipt of payment, if stated so in the advert.
