By purchasing you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 
1. Postage costs or return costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
   All transportation charges relating to the return of goods will be borne to the buyer. 
2. Very important - The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.It does not cover problems caused by missuse.
3. If you believe you have a faulty item please contact us before returning for details.
4. Due to the nature of the products we sell, It is extremely difficult to determine the level of use or the conditions that 
   a product may have been subjected to. For this reason we offer a Guarantee for a period 7 days from the day you received your purchase. After this period it may be covered by manufacturers warranty. 
5. Any item that is returned to us and found to be not faulty or not covered by the warranty will mean You also need to pay the postage if you require the item to be sent back to you.
6. If your item does not arrive within 5 working days of receiving despatch notification, you must let us know immediately.
7. If your item is lost by the courier we will put a claim in with them and a new item will be sent once the claim has been paid. Please note this may take 7 - 30 days.

All digital media & software must be returned sealed as received if refund required. Returns of faulty items will only be exchanged for the same item as returned, on a like for like basis.
