RETURNS:
If in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty we will ask you to return the item within 7 days of receipt for a refund or a replacement.
If you receive your item but then change your mind, you’re welcome to return it within 7 days of receipt as long as its still new, unused in original packaging & in a resaleable condition. You will be refunded for the product excluding any related postage fees. It is recommended that any returns are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery as we will not be held responsible for any returned items lost in the post.
Please note: We accept a 7 day return policy on dry goods only (Not Livestock or Perishable items) however the goods must be returned within 7 days and need to be returned in a new, unused and unopened/resaleable condition, the buyer will be liable to pay for the postage costs to return the item along with the initial postage costs.
Under no circumstances will we refund or replace any items where the buyer has not returned the items to ourselves.
Please note: When paying by paypal, your items will be sent to your registered paypal address, There will be no exeptions to this, the onus is on the buyer to make sure their paypal address is correct.
LIVE PLANTS:
We endeavour that our plants reach you in perfect health & freshness, therefore they will NOT be posted out at weekends including Friday or any bank/public holidays where they could be delayed in the postal system, any orders for plant placed after 12 noon on Thursday will be sent out the following Monday, although we reserve the right to delay despatch should our suppliers delivery be delayed. If you should receive any plants in an unfavourable condition please inform us before leaving negative feedback, via the eBay messaging system or email us at plants@angels-aquatics.co.uk and we will then try to fully resolve any issues.
PLEASE NOTE:
Under the distance selling regulations act, the cancellation rights do not apply to certain items including perishable goods such as live plants, please be aware of this before placing your order as returns are not accepted.
D.O.A’s
(ALTHOUGH VERY RARE)
We will refund or replace, We will choose which, any fish that are reported to us Dead On Arrival within one hour of receipt and backed up with photographic evidence sent to our email address, sales@angels-aquatics.co.uk Please also keep any dead fish in case we require you to send them back as proof. We do not refund postage costs under any circumstances. It is an express condition of the sale of livestock that you, the customer, agree that under the terms of this sale, a full refund means the value of the fish pro rata and not the postage costs. We will never refund or replace livestock if the buyer, who has been duly notified of a delivery date and time, fails to be present, or have a representative present, at the registered delivery address or alternative address, as agreed by the seller, when the delivery takes place and as a result there are fatalities. |
