This bundle package provides the majority of the fasteners and fixings required (where volksbolts supply them) to perform a full strip-down body-off restoration to a Civilian model 181(LHD) or 182 (RHD) VW Thing. The labour saving in using this package of parts means the kit will pay for itself in saved workshop time as you do not have to scratch around looking for the old parts from when you stripped your Beetle down. Comes with the added benefit that these new parts LOOK NEW, sparing you the horror of using grotty old parts on your freshly painted \ enamelled \ chromed VW.! Kit comes complete with GENUINE VW style BRASS electrical connectors - just like VW used - plus fuses (with an allowance to blow a few when trouble-shooting) - if you need the correct crimp tool then contact us for a link to the auction : we can bundle it into the shipping box at no extra shipping cost. We also include 1.5metres (4 feet approx) of TOP QUALITY fuel hose with the CORRECT inner bore to fit your VWs metal fuel pipes (assuming a stock Solex carburettor is used). Stainless Steel fuel hose clips are included to help you secure it all in place.
