All items signed for when received as checked and in good order cannot be returned unless incorrect. All incorrect items MUST be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods or they cannot be returned. Our warranty covers firstly replacement with correct part. If we are unable to offer this, a full refund will be given. All incorrect parts MUST be returned within 14 days otherwise a refund will not be given only a credit note to the value of the parts bought. Postage costs or charges are not refundable under any circumstances. The customer is to pay postage on any parts returned. We cannot be held responsible for loss of earnings, hardship or any other financial claim for damages through the use of our goods or services. Please note that wrongly ordered parts will not be refunded. The guarantee is only for the amount shown on the invoice, we do not accept any responsibility for fitting charges. Any part found to have been dismantled in any way will make the guarantee void and no refund or credit whatsoever will be given. No refunds will be given on electrical items supplied, i.e. ECU units. This is simply to prevent the trial and error method of repair. Please note that goods signed for as being received and signed for as in good condition by either you or your representative, will under no circumstances be accepted back for credit, should they later be found to be damaged, during transit. Customers take full responsibility for glass parts which are sent by the majority of courier companies. Refunds or compensation for breakages is not possible in any form. Multiple orders which contain one or more incorrect items, will be offered a replacement or refund for the incorrect items only not the whole order. |
