Please check all items on delivery . On making a return you must inform us in writing either by email within 3 days of receiving your item/s. When returning your goods you must send them using recorded delivery also use appropriate insurance because we wont be held responsible for items missing or damaged . When we receive your faulty goods we wil then refund or exchange for the item. We will give you the option of an exchange or refund (minus postage) . Wubsdubs aim to reimburse you within 7 working days. If you find the goods are faulty due to a manufacturing fault we will give you a replacement or full refund. Faulty items must be reported via email and we will not accept unless we have been contacted by yourself first. If the wrong size hs been orderd or the product has been worn they WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged.
