10ft approx (4 door model)- Outer frame dimensions are 2990mm wide x 2090mm high. We suggest you allow a further 5mm all around the frame for sealing the gap with mastic between the frame and the wall.

The sets are supplied unfinished ready for finishing to the colour of your choice on site. Some customers like to clear finish and others use high build stain finishing systems such as Sikkens or Sadolin in Oak, Mahogany or other selected stain colours. We do not recommend oil or wax finishing for external use.

Oak modern engineered construction for stability, combining real Oak, thicker than normal veneers 3mm, and jointed hardwood core. The sets are FSC certified and independently audited to ensure that the wood used comes from well managed forests which helps protect the environment. Engineered construction reduces the chance of warping, twisting and bowing.

54mm doors and larger frame dimensions for stability, strength and added insulation.

There is a daily access door designed into each set to ensure going in and out on a daily basis is normal and easy. The 10ft sets also have a double door wider access design as you will see on the pictures attached. The set can be opening left to right or right to left from the same set and just follow the instructions supplied and chose the best one for you.

The sets come complete with everything required and almost all the components factory drilled and prepared for ease of installation. There is no trimming required as everything has been pre-sized. The system is a unique 'Top hung roller system' which means the they are less likely to jam or stick.

The sets are supplied with patented, quality folding sliding hardware including set adjusters to easily adjust the final height and widths to the correct positions, 3 point high security lock plus added internal dropbolts (some keyed) for extra security,  chrome handles, fixings, premium grade double weather seals to keep out draughts, Combination wood and aluminium sill for drainage. Each set includes a comprehensive step by step instruction booklet for assembly and installation..

Sets have been weather tested to BS6375 Part 1. The glass units are 24mm double glazed using Low E thermally efficient tempered glass. The sets are Part L compliant with a 1.9 W/m2K rating which means they pass the standards required for thermal insulation, reduction of carbon emissions from the home, helps keep the cold out in winter and the heat out in summer. Tempered glass, sometimes call toughened glass means the glass is 5 times stronger than normal glass and if broken it will break into small pieces like a car windscreen as a safety measure.
