7 Days Money Back Guarantee, your satisfaction is very important to us therefore if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will refund the cost of the item if returned to us within 7 days from the day received by you. Your payment will be refunded, less shipping, insurance and handling charges, all eBay listing fees and a 5% restocking fee. Defective jewelleries will be replaced free of charge. All returned diamonds will be re-inspected prior to issuing a refund.
Since diamonds grading is an art and not an exact science, do not worry if other gemmologists grades your diamonds differently. Therefore, misrepresentation apply if the lowest colour or clarity grades we specify are determined to be more than one grade lower than indicated.
Please contact us before you return anything back and all items must be sent Fully Insured and on the responsibility of the sender. All return packages must state "RETURNED ITEM" on the front and you may be liable to custom release charges. If the returned jewellery is damaged, altered or worn it will not be accepted. All certificates, appraisals and invoices must be included with returned items.

Each jewellery is custom made by our goldsmiths and hallmarked therefore please allow up to 10 working days for the jewellery to be dispatched. We can cast any jewellery based on your design, we do not carry stock and do not sale to countries like: China, Thailand, South Africa, Indonesia and Taiwan.
All items valued bellow £500 will be automatically sent with the post office so please allow 5-10 working days for delivery, and all items valued above £500 will be automatically shipped with UPS, DHL or D2D so please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.
Our jewellery is shipped from our factory in the Ramat Gan Diamonds Exchange in Israel to our distribution manager in the UK then sent out to the customer. . All shipments are traceable and international buyers are responsible to ask at their local custom office regard the import duties & taxes due.
