Previous auction ended early due to an unforseen minor electrical fault, this has now been professionally diagnosed and repaired. EXTERIOR

Again, I cannot stress enough how well this vehicle has been looked after, it would not at all surprise me if it has been garaged for most, if not all of its life. As you can see in the pictures this C70 is in beautiful condition.

ALLOYS & TYRES

The Volvo 17” criss cross alloys are in good condition with some light scuffs to the outer rims. The two front tyre are Pirelli P6000’s and are only a few months old, the rears are Michelins with very deep tread.

The spare is a space saver and has never been used, all tools for changing a tyre are present and in un-used condition including the locking wheel nut key x1.

ENGINE & MECHANICAL CONDITION

This vehicle, as you would expect is in faultless condition in all respects regarding the mechanical condition with no expense spared on routine and general maintenance.

Being low mileage, every thing feels tight and together with no nasty rattles or knocks.

She starts first time, idles smoothly and whisper quiet, the 2.3 20v T5 engine pulls very powerfully with no issues.

It does not smoke from cold or when warm and has no fluid leaks.

The gearbox is a delight, smooth and precise effortlessly changing up and down throughout the range without fault.

The steering is light and positive, the brakes and suspension ensure a safe, smooth and comfortable ride.

Again, I cannot stress enough how well this car drives, in a word, absolutely perfect ..!!

INTERIOR

The interior has been thoroughly well looked after and is again in almost immaculate condition.

The seats are in excellent condition with absolutely no wear or holes to report, the passenger seats (front and rear) look as if they have had very little use, if any.

All the carpets are also unblemished and are in 100% immaculate condition.

The only marks to report are to the passenger door trim just above the door handle (see pic)

All the knobs and switches are present and work as they should including the air conditioning which works to perfection blowing ice cold refrigerated air.

The ashtrays and lighters have never been used and I can find no evidence of cigarettes, so one would assume this has been a non smoking vehicle.

This interior is in near on perfect condition and this has quite obviously been a much cherished C70 a real credit to its former owners.
