******PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING******

1.      PAYMENT: Most of my listings are for “Buy it Now” & they require immediate payment. If you are bidding on an item and win that bid then I would appreciate payment within 3 days unless notified in advance. I only accept paypal unless arranged in advance to pay by another method. I do not accept e cheques as they take far too long to clear & I also do not accept credit cards.

2.      SHIPPING: I only dispatch to United Kingdom unless arranged in advance to ship abroad (this includes ROI). I only ship by 1^st class recorded delivery and any items going abroad has to be signed for which is £3.50 on top of any postage costs. I dispatch everyday up until 4pm. Orders received after this will be sent the next day although I usually persuade my husband to post them up until 5pm! There are always exceptions to this as I am only human. I recently had to travel from Birmingham to Somerset to a funeral & I had a customer complain that I hadn't dispatched the same day & that was the reason she had bought my item. The one time ever that I have not posted the same day & someone complains - unbelievable

3.      FEEDBACK:  I now only leave feedback when I have received it. This is due to the growing amount of people who never bother to do this – at least 100 lately. I do not feel this is fair as it is a two way system and I do not think it right that people get feedback and never leave it in return. I always leave positive feedback unless you do not pay me or unless I never receive an item I have bought.

4.      NON PAYERS: If you buy an item from me then you pay for it. Please do not waste time by bidding and winning and then not paying for it. You will be reported to eBay & I will leave negative feedback in these circumstances.

5.      RETURNS: I do not accept returns. Items are as seen so please ask as many questions as you need to before buying.

6.      MEASUREMENTS: Due to many, many questions I feel the need to mention this. As most of you realise, sizes vary from shop to shop. A size 10 in one shop has different measurements to that of another. I might list a size 10 with a waist of 28” & another size 10 with a waist of 32”. I do not make the clothes so please don’t hold me responsible as some people are fond of doing. I always list the size, waist, bust, inside leg etc. If in doubt email me & I will try to help.
