If you wish to return goods, you have 7 days in which to contact me after delivery if they are:
1. Faulty
2. Not as described
3. You have ordered in error
If you wish to return an item it should be returned in the same condition as it was received or you will be ineligible for refund.
If the refund is due to option 3 then the refund given will be minus postage costs and less a further 10% restocking charge. Return postage will be at the buyers expense.
A full refund shall be given for items which fall under catagories 1 & 2 |
