Buyer to ensure they are satisfied with our terms and conditions before bidding or buying.
Payment/contact must be made within 5 working days of the end of auction Systems will be shipped in most cases within 5 working days of receipt of cleared funds. We do not ship out computer systems to our customers without insurance which is included in the price of the shipping.
All our systems come with RTB warranty This does not include:- software problems/ incompatibility with older peripherals/ overclocking / change of mind.
In the case of a repair / upgrade during the warranty period, buyer is responsible for postage of the system back to our office and we will pay the postage cost to return the system back after repair / upgrade has been done.
We may charge a fee for items returned that are found not to be faulty. All returns must be reported to us in the first instance and must include an original invoice and a completed RMA form available on request. Failure to provide adequate documentation or proof of purchase may result in refusal to deal with a return.
