PAYMENT:
We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer (1% discount on sale of item excl P&P)
- Cash Upon Collection/Delivery
No VAT will be added onto the final sale unlike some other sellers.
SHIPPING:
Your item will be shipped via TNT, Parcel Force, DHL, FastWay, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, Special Delivery or even ourselves. Much larger items will be shipped via a pallet distribution service or ourselves.
Only a curb side delivery is provided. This means the item will be delivered to your door.
Due to off-land transportation charges, our UK P&P charge is not applicable to Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight or any other overseas islands off the UK. These locations are to apply the Europe P&P charge. Also any buyer needing this item shipped to Malta will need to pay an extra £15.00 on top of the European P&P charge to cover extra costs.
Insurance is also provided as standard to cover the value of your item (excluding any items containing a significant element of glass, i.e. monitors, TV's, Overhead Projectors etc). Claims against damage will only stand if the receiver of the item has signed and indicated that the item/package has been damaged. If the item has been signed for, then the carriers T&C's and ours state by signing on receiving your item, you have agreed your item has been delivered in the condition expected therefore a insurance claim cannot be processed.
We will ship the item to the address provided from your PayPal payment, eBay registered address or if otherwise stated. Therefore please ensure PayPal and eBay details are correct so we can ship to the correct address otherwise a redelivery charge will apply.
If the winning bidder is not available at the postal address constantly for delivery, it is advised for the winning bidder to advise us to inform the courier to leave it in the porch, leave with neighbour etc.
The winning bidder also has the option to collect the item and pay by cash between Mon-Fri 10am-3pm (excl Bank Holidays). The winning bidder must collect within seven days from the end of auction. If the item hasn't been collected after seven days then we reserve the right to offer the item to other bidders or charge a reasonable storage fee. When the winning bidder contacts us to arrange collection, we will agree a date and time and we ask the winning bidder not to arrive no earlier or later than our agreed appointment. This is to ensure at least one member of staff is available to carry out the transaction. Please also ensure you have the correct amount of funds.
TERMS:
Your bid is a contract – Please place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If Trading4u is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days at the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5 days, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the seller's sole discretion. ALL non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and an unpaid item strike registered.
