99% of all orders placed before 2pm with cleared payment are despatched the same day Monday to Friday.

Most UK orders sent by Royal Mail arrive within 24-48 hours of order being placed excluding weekends.

Larger Items sent by Courier normally arrive within 48hrs with the exception of designated Remote areas (Highlands, Islands Etc.) which can take up to 5 days. These areas can incur shipping surcharges.

Southern Ireland Customers :

All items not paid for within 7 days are reported to Ebay and will receive an unpaid strike.

Returned Goods :

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges (some items maybe applicable to 20% restocking fee). It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you the customer until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. If you send a product back for an exchange you will be charged for shipping the new product back to you.
